preparation for TDM

This weekend trained the last time for TDM,
had a very nice, sportive weekend, with a lot of friends.


Saturday morning did a training in banneux,  9 km with dogs free running, 10 km/h, 250m difference in height.
The last 500 m  uphill attached yukon, and we ran a max speed of 25.5 km/h (uphill) !!


Sunday morning ran a race in Tessenderlo 4.23 km, we took second place female and ran 17.40min.
Not so easy on a sandy trail with lots of little hills and turns ;)
Too bad my legs were already a little tired from the day before!
Nevertheless had a great feeling running with my new shoes!

time for a change

It's such a long time ago I posted somthing on my blog,
Changed the layout,
changed the language so it's more accesible for everyone ;)
lot's of things have changed since the last time.
Angel is on canicrossretirement, Gucci only runs for fun, and we bought almost one year ago a new dog (european sleddog) named yukon.
very promissing dog, already gave me the world champion title canicross in the junior category in Germany (Borken).
For me he is the Best dog in the world, love the hard husky character, hard worker, never stops running,...
He has the brains, heart and spirit,.....


Currently we are preparing for le trophée des Montagnes,
It's the first time we are entering ( for fun and training)
We're not running al stages ;)
I'm going to take a lot of pictures of all participants when I'm not running.
